Vista Grande's "Studio 54" Live Auction Dinner

Each year, Falcon Fund sponsors Vista Grande's Online Auction and Live Auction Event to raise money for beneficial programs and initiatives not funded by The District or The State of California. This year, fundraising efforts will support:

• School Support Administrator
• Paraeducators for all Traditional K-5th classes
• Dedicated STEM Class for all Students
• PE for Grades TK and K
• Reading and Math Intervention Specialists)
• Student Social and Emotional Resources
• Teacher Collaboration Days
• Student Assessment Day Support
• Falcon's Forest Supervision
• And More!

These auctions are Vista Grande's largest fundraisers and last school year they raised over $240,000. To continue our standard of excellence for our children we would like to exceed this goal for this year.

Ticket Sales- March 11, 2025 - March 18, 2025 

Tickets will go on sale @ 8:30 pm PST. Get your tickets early, they sell out fast!

• Ticket Price: $140 each
• Ticket Options: Purchase tickets individually or as pairs (two people with one shared bid number). Tables are not available for purchase. Multiple single tickets or pairs of tickets can be purchased by one buyer.
• Seating Options: Tables seat 12, and you can request to sit near specific friends, grades, or classes when you buy your tickets.
• Meal Choices: At time of purchase please select either 1. Chicken Breast with Avocado Lime Cream Sauce or 2. Vegetarian Lemon Parmesan Risotto.
• Enhance Your Experience: Make the most of your evening and help us keep the lines short by adding Gold ($18)or Silver ($14) Drink Tickets when you purchase your tickets.
• An account is required for purchase. 
• Act Fast: Tickets tend to sell out quickly, so don't delay!
• Staff Tickets: Do NOT purchase staff tickets during general ticket sales. Room Parents staff tickets will be sold March 19-25. More info to come. 

Online Auction- March 25, 2025 - April 1, 2025 

Support Vista Grande from home or online! Bid on amazing experiences for adults and kids and fantastic items from businesses all over the Bay Area. The Online Auction opens at 8:30 pm PST on March 25 and closes at 8:30 pm PST on April 1.

Dress in your best Studio 54/70’s Disco attire because our Live Auction is going to be the community event of the year! Doors will open at 6 pm. Sip, visit with friends, enjoy games, and bid on what’s been exclusively saved for the big event. The dance floor opens after the live auction.
